1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the ENQUOA platform, ranking portals, or submitting data for institutional assessment, higher education entities and visitors agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Institutional Obligations & Accuracy
Institutions participating in ENQUOA rankings, audits, or accreditation programs agree to:
- Provide authentic, verified, and complete documentary evidence during audit cycles.
- Refrain from submitting altered or falsified academic indicators.
- Respect peer review timelines and technical committee decisions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All methodologies, scoring algorithms, ranking frameworks, publications, logos, and digital badges associated with ENQUOA remain the exclusive intellectual property of ENQUOA. Accredited institutions are granted a non-exclusive license to display the official quality seal.
4. Limitation of Liability
ENQUOA evaluates higher education institutions based on documented evidence provided and peer audit methodology. ENQUOA shall not be liable for third-party decisions, admissions, or commercial outcomes derived from published rankings.
